Did you happen to try upgrading the bulbs to the latest firmware, and then seeing if they could be controlled by a Hue bridge? I have a vague recollection that IKEA had come on board with the correct ZigBee support to perhaps make that happen now…

I’d love to know as I could do with adding a few cheaper bulbs to my existing Hue setup 🙂
